Hi everyone!
I hope you’re all having a good week! I appreciate all of you who subscribe to hear(see) my scribbles and brain wanderings, it means a lot and I’m honored to have your attention.
This past weekend was the first virtual workshop and it was so much fun! There was no short in laughter thats for sure, oh and we also made some art! The focus for last month’s AND this month’s(May 25th!) workshops is trusting your instinct. I carefully craft thoughtful exercises that will help you believe in your innate wisdom through creative exercises, we usually do 3 exercises. A bit woo woo but we make it fun! Each workshop also gets you engaged in your space from a more curious/playful perspective. I’ve also heard it’s equally soothing. Something for everyone!
I’ve been loving the rain that spring has been giving us this year. I’m helicopter parenting the wildflowers and herbs I planted in my soon-to-be cottage garden, everything is coming alive!
Whew cuz so am I!
Here’s a poem I wrote while driving this week.
Committed
A raindrop on the windshield
It looks like…
As I ponder
Which familiar pattern it resembles
I think “commit this to memory”
For the rest of my life
I must remember this raindrop
A million raindrops passed by me
Some time passes
And the fact of a million more
Soon to come, soon to go
I wish I could remember every one
If I could remember
I’d have the largest brain in the world
Instead
I focus all my attention on the one
All of life in passing moments
Some to hold, some to release
All for a memorium of
A raindrop on a windshield
That looks like Flava Flav
Hahahahhahahhahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahhahhahhahaha
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!!
Love ya lots!
